How to Cancel Tommy’s Express Membership
To cancel Tommy’s Express membership, open the TommyClub app, tap My Garage, tap the vehicle, open the three-dots menu, and choose Cancel Plan.
You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.
There’s no fee, but the plan is month-to-month, so cancel before your renewal date or you pay for the next full month and keep the washes until it ends.

The Billing Date Rule
PPlan changes take effect immediately, and your billing anniversary is your original signup date. Cancel after renewal and you’ve paid for a month you’ll want to finish using.
Say your plan renews on the 12th.
Cancel on the 5th and you keep washing through the paid period with no new charge cancel on the 13th and you’ve paid for another full month, with no proration or refund.
Tommy’s own advice is to hold a downgrade until the day before renewal so you use every day you paid for.

The Windshield Tag
Nothing, and there’s nothing to remove.
Tommy’s runs on license plate recognition, not a windshield sticker, so canceling just deactivates your plate and the app lanes stop recognizing your car.
Because nothing on the car shows your status, My Garage is the only place that tells you if the plan is live or dead.
Downgrading a Tier
Dropping a tier is worth trying before you cancel outright, especially if you’re washing less than the plan justifies.
It’s the same Cancel Plan flow, just a different choice in the prompt no need to end the membership to spend less on it.
Hold the downgrade until the day before renewal.

Work it in order, bank last. Most stray charges trace to a second vehicle that never got canceled, or a cancellation that landed after renewal.
